Philippe Starck borrowed the name for his – 1979/ 1984 designed – shelf from the brilliant science fiction novella ‘Ubik’ by Philip K. Dick. Mac Gee is a timeless, beautiful creation, made in collaboration with Baleri Italia (formerly Cerruti Baleri) during the beginnings of Starck’s career.
The piece wears both the manufacturer's and designer's signatures.
